As a Certified Fibromyalgia Coach®, I have been trained to help fibromyalgia patients improve their energy and sleep, while reducing their pain and brain fog. Essentially, I help you re-align your life! Just like you, I live with fibromyalgia every day. As a coach, I offer one-on-one support to help you through your daily life.
You can book a consultation – A free 90 minute conversation to get to know each other. I will ask you lots of questions about the impact Fibromyalgia has on your life. You will be able to ask me questions about how coaching works, and from there we will decide if we’re going to work together.

Information to bridge the gap between what your doctor knows and what you need to feel your best
Doctors are not taught in medical school how to effectively or efficiently treat fibromyalgia. In most cases, I’ve had more fibromyalgia-specific training than your doctor has! With this training, I can help bridge this gap in knowledge by educating both you and your provider. There is so much that can be done to improve fibromyalgia symptoms beyond the typical FDA-approved fibromyalgia medications. As we work together, I will teach you about these other treatment options and how to discuss them with your providers.
Recommendations on new therapies and treatments for you to try
I’ve tried so many different things in my journey to health! I can share with you what has worked for me, as well as educate you on what has been proven to be helpful for others with fibromyalgia, both in a clinical setting and with my other clients. If there’s something you’re interested in trying, I probably already know someone who has and can share their experience with you.
Insight into medications and natural therapies
I can often tell how well your doctor understands fibromyalgia by the medications and supplements you’re taking. If they are not what has been proven to be the most helpful and effective, we can talk about potential changes and how to talk to your doctor about them. While I can give you insights and information, medication adjustments always need to be discussed with your doctor.
Suggestions on tests or labs your doctor can order
Other issues often contribute to your fibromyalgia symptoms. As we uncover and deal with these other issues, your fibromyalgia will usually improve. I often recommend tests and labs your doctor can order that will check your hormones, vitamin and mineral levels, food allergies and intolerances, sleep issues, and more.
Tips on managing your daily life and stress with fibromyalgia
It IS possible to live well with fibromyalgia! Working together, we can come up with ways to better manage your life and stress to minimize your pain and fatigue. I’ll help you uncover your priorities so that you can spend your time and energy on what’s most important in your life — and help you increase our energy so you have more to spend.

As a Certified Fibromyalgia Coach®, I am part of a world-wide network of other coaches and patients who can help you find the help you need. I also have hand-selected a variety of professionals that I work with and recommend to my clients. These specialists can provide the tests and therapies I suggest and treat you with the compassion you deserve.
Guidance on how to have conversations with others about your fibromyalgia
I can help you figure out the best ways to talk to others about your fibromyalgia, and your needs. We can practice conversations so you feel confident or simply talk through different ways of explaining things. I can also provide you with materials and resources that you can share with your doctors and others that help explain fibromyalgia, your symptoms, and your needs.
Accountability for making lasting changes
As your Coach, I’m also your cheerleader, encourager, and instructor along the way.
I’ll celebrate your victories with you, encourage you when you think there isn’t anything to celebrate, and teach you to apply what I’ve learned to your own life.
